Heaven Island

A complete sky district built on top of Mount Vinewood. Casino, bank, car showroom, full lobbies, working interiors, parking, a road that takes you up. One mapping pack, one anchor location for the whole server.

This is not a single building. It is a vertical neighborhood. The tower itself rises off the side of Mount Vinewood and opens up at the top into a curved platform big enough to hold an entire entertainment district. Players drive up the access road, park, and step into a city block in the sky.

What is inside

• Heaven Casino & Resort. A two-floor casino with a glass dome ceiling, full gambling hall, lobby, bar area, and back-of-house space. The card suits sit on the roof as architectural signage. Ready to drop a casino script into.

• Heaven Standart Public Deposit Bank. A bank interior with cashier windows, vault wall, manager offices, and customer waiting area. Perfect for heist scenarios or roleplay banking jobs.

• Heaven Motors car dealership. A full showroom with a centerpiece reveal pedestal, lounge seating, sales area, and a dramatic ceiling chandelier. Built for a PDM-style flow but fits any dealership script.

• Main lobby. A hotel-grade reception with concierge and registration desks, chandelier, columns, and gallery niches along the wall. The entry point to everything above.

• Outdoor plaza and gardens. Cherry blossoms, sakura trees in pink and white, a Japanese torii detail, benches, and walking paths between buildings. Plus the open spaces between buildings that you can populate however your server lore needs.

• Vertical access tower. The structural piece that holds the whole platform up. Sculptural, lit, and visible from kilometers away. It is the new Mount Vinewood landmark.
  INCLUDED SCRIPTS (STARTERS)
  Two Lua files ship with the product as starter stubs:
  - heaven_teleports.lua. Replaces the elevator with a teleport between floors. Coordinates pre-set for the tower layout, ready to fire on trigger.
  - heaven_dealership.lua. Handles vehicle spawn at the car showroom pedestal. Spawns a vehicle on interaction so the showroom feels alive out of the box.
  These are stubs, not production scripts. They work as-is for demo or quick testing, but real servers will want to either rewrite them against their own framework (job checks, money handling, garage integration, blip logic) or remove them and wire their own. Treat them as a starting point, not a finished feature.

Why it works on your server

• Drops straight onto Mount Vinewood. No terrain edits, no clashing with vanilla geometry. The parking and access road are already built in. You add the resource, ensure it in your server.cfg, and you have a new district.

• Optimized during the build. Polycount and texture work tuned for FiveM out of the box. No two-week performance pass needed on your side.

• Reusable empty space. Most maps give you locked rooms. Heaven Tower includes several finished but unassigned interior spaces, so you can drop in your own roleplay (a nightclub, a penthouse, a private members area, anything).

• Designed to be rebranded. Casino signage, Heaven Bank lettering, Heaven Motors wall, lobby signage, and most banners are made to be swapped. Send us your art, or we can customize for you (priced separately).

Technical

• FiveM ready. Compatible with ESX, QBCore, and standalone setups. Framework-agnostic since this is geometry, not scripts.

• Cfx.re Asset Escrow protected. Custom 3D files are encrypted. Textures (.ytd) are unlocked so you can re-skin freely.

• Optimized. Built on stable game artifacts, tuned for live server use.

• Installation. Drop into resources/[maps]/, add ensure heaven-tower to your server.cfg after spawnmanager/sessionmanager and your framework. Setup readme included.

• Updates included. When we ship fixes or improvements, they push to your Keymaster at no extra cost.

What you are buying

A single-server license to use Heaven Tower on one FiveM server. Commercial use on that server is allowed. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your server is not permitted. Full terms on our store.
