Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchases from the ModsHub store on Tebex, located at modshub.tebex.io (the "Store"). By browsing, purchasing, or downloading any item from the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

The Store is operated by OpenCore OÜ, the same team behind modshub.io.

3. What you are buying

The Store sells digital assets designed for use on FiveM servers. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Mappings (custom buildings, MLO interiors, exterior locations, props)
  • Visual modifications (textures, graphics, vehicle skins)
  • Other digital assets clearly listed on the Store

Most assets are delivered through Cfx.re Asset Escrow. This means the files are tied to your Cfx.re Keymaster account and remain encrypted on your server. You receive a license to use the asset on your FiveM server, not the raw source files.

We do not sell, host, or distribute any files belonging to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other third party. All assets sold are created by ModsHub or by contributors who have transferred the relevant rights to ModsHub.

4. License grant

When you complete a purchase, ModsHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased asset under the following conditions:

  • One purchase covers use on one FiveM server. If you operate multiple servers, you must purchase a separate license for each.
  • Commercial use on the licensed FiveM server is allowed. This includes running the asset on a paid, donation-funded, or otherwise monetized server.
  • The license is tied to the Cfx.re Keymaster account used at purchase and cannot be transferred, resold, gifted, or rented to another person or entity.
  • The license remains valid for as long as ModsHub continues to operate the Store and you remain in compliance with these Terms.

5. Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license revocation without refund:

  • Redistributing, reselling, sharing, leaking, or otherwise making the asset available outside your licensed FiveM server. The only official sales channel for ModsHub assets is modshub.tebex.io.
  • Reverse engineering, decrypting, or bypassing Cfx.re Asset Escrow protection.
  • Extracting source files, textures, models, or any component of the asset for use in another product or project.
  • Sublicensing the asset to a third party under any structure (including "hosting" the asset on behalf of another server owner).
  • Using the asset outside the FiveM platform, including but not limited to GTA Online, single-player GTA V mod packs, or any non-FiveM project.
  • Using the asset in a way that violates Cfx.re Terms of Service, Rockstar Games' license agreement, or applicable law.
If you become aware of any unauthorized distribution of our assets, please report it to support@fivemods.io. We take asset theft seriously and will pursue takedowns and, where applicable, legal action.

6. Delivery

Digital delivery is automatic and immediate. Once Tebex confirms payment, the asset becomes available in your Cfx.re Keymaster account (for Asset Escrow products) or as a direct download link sent to your email (for non-escrow products). If you have not received access within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, contact us through the official ModsHub Discord.

7. Updates

If we identify an issue with one of our assets, or release an improved version, we push the update through your Keymaster account at no additional cost. You retain access to all future versions of any asset you have purchased, including major reworks, as long as the product remains in our catalogue.

We do not guarantee a fixed update schedule. Updates are released when we consider them ready.

8. Custom work and modifications

On request, ModsHub can adapt purchased assets to fit a specific server. This includes, but is not limited to, replacing banners, billboards, signage, or other re-skinnable elements with the client's own branding.

Custom work is not included in the standard product price. Each request is scoped and quoted individually based on the complexity and time required, and is paid separately from the original purchase. To request custom work, contact us through the official ModsHub Discord.

9. Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, in line with standard Tebex practice. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there is a clear technical issue on our side, including but not limited to:

  • Missing or corrupted files that prevent the asset from being installed.
  • A defective fxmanifest or stream configuration that we cannot resolve through support.
  • Substantial misrepresentation of the asset on its product page.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase through the official ModsHub Discord. We may offer a fix, replacement, or store credit before issuing a monetary refund. Refunds are not granted for change of mind, framework incompatibility you did not check before purchase, conflicts with third-party assets on your server, or any breach of these Terms.

10. Support

Technical support is available through the official ModsHub Discord, generally around the clock. Support covers installation help, file integrity issues, conflict troubleshooting for our assets, and questions related to functionality of products purchased from us.

Support does not cover writing custom scripts, building roleplay frameworks, server hosting, performance tuning unrelated to our assets, or troubleshooting third-party products.

11. Liability and disclaimers

All assets are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModsHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ModsHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any asset purchased from the Store. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the asset in question.

You are solely responsible for the configuration and operation of your FiveM server, including compliance with Cfx.re Terms of Service and Rockstar Games' license terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. By making a purchase, you waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify buyers through the Store or our Discord.
