1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how OpenCore OÜ ("ModsHub", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the ModsHub store on Tebex, located at modshub.tebex.io (the "Store"). We respect your privacy and only process the data we actually need to operate the Store, deliver your purchases, and provide support.

3. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy covers personal data we receive in connection with the Store at modshub.tebex.io. It does not cover:

• Our consumer application and website at modshub.io, which has its own separate Privacy Policy.
• Personal data processed directly by Tebex Limited as the payment processor, which is governed by the Tebex Privacy Policy at tebex.io.
• Cfx.re and Keymaster, which deliver the licensed assets and operate under their own privacy terms.
• Discord, where our support takes place and which operates under its own privacy terms.

4. Data we collect

When you interact with the Store, we may process the following categories of personal data:

• Purchase data: the items you bought, the price paid, the date of purchase, your Tebex transaction ID, and your Cfx.re Keymaster identifier. This data is provided to us by Tebex after a successful payment.
• Contact data: the email address you used at checkout or the Discord username you used to contact our support, so we can respond to inquiries and deliver license keys where applicable.
• Support data: messages, attachments, screenshots, and server configuration details you voluntarily share with us when requesting help.
• Technical data: limited log data automatically generated when you browse the Store, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is standard server logging used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for, store, or process your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Tebex Limited and its payment partners.

5. Payment data and Tebex

All purchases on the Store are processed by Tebex Limited ("Tebex"), an independent payment provider acting as a separate data controller for payment data. When you complete a purchase, Tebex collects and processes your billing information directly, including your name, email, billing address, and payment method details.

We receive a limited summary of the transaction from Tebex (see Section 4) but never the raw payment data. To review how Tebex handles your data, please see the Tebex Privacy Policy at tebex.io/legal/privacy.

6. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Delivering your purchase (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) - performance of contract): granting Keymaster access, sending download links, providing updates to assets you already own.
• Providing customer support (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) - contract and legitimate interests): responding to your questions, troubleshooting installation issues, resolving disputes.
• Protecting the Store (Article 6(1)(f) - legitimate interests): preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution of our assets, and other violations of our Terms of Service.
• Complying with law (Article 6(1)(c) - legal obligation): retaining transaction records as required by Estonian and EU tax, accounting, and consumer protection law.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

7. Cookies

The Store runs on the Tebex platform. Cookies on modshub.tebex.io are set primarily by Tebex to enable the shopping cart, secure checkout, and basic analytics required to keep the Store operational. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Store from working properly. For details, refer to the Tebex Cookie Policy at tebex.io.

8. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with parties who help us run the Store, deliver purchases, or comply with law:

• Tebex Limited: for payment processing, fraud prevention, and store operations.
• Cfx.re (Cfx.re Pty Ltd): for delivering Asset Escrow licenses tied to your Keymaster account.
• Discord Inc.: where you choose to contact our support through the official ModsHub Discord.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: for storing operational records on secure servers located in the European Union.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by a valid legal request or to enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

9. International transfers

Most of our data is stored on servers located within the European Union, primarily in Germany. Some of our service providers, including Tebex Limited (United Kingdom), Cfx.re (Australia/United States), and Discord Inc. (United States) may process data outside the EU. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above:

• Transaction and license records: retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with Estonian and EU tax and accounting law.
• Support correspondence: retained for up to two (2) years after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
• Server log data: retained for up to ninety (90) days for security purposes, then deleted.

After the applicable retention period, we delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

11. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Right to restriction: request that we limit the processing of your data in specific circumstances.
• Right to data portability: receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to lodge a complaint: file a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Estonia, this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@fivemods.io. We will respond within thirty (30) days. Please note that some rights, such as deletion, may be limited where we are required by law to retain data (for example, completed transaction records for tax purposes).

12. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and secure storage on EU-based infrastructure. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

13. Children

The Store is intended for FiveM server operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact support@fivemods.io and we will take prompt steps to remove it.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify buyers through the Store or our Discord before the changes take effect.
