Core Tower

A downtown high-rise building that replaces the abandoned construction site in the heart of the city. Forty-plus floors of premium corporate office space, a five-story atrium, a curved hangar wing, an underground parking complex, and a rooftop helipad. One product, one anchor building for the centre of your map.

This is not just a building shell. The interior is fully built and lit. Lobbies, conference halls, garages, lounges, and the signature five-story atrium with a glowing sphere centerpiece. Players walk in, look up, and the scale does the selling.

WHAT IS INSIDE

- Five-story atrium and main lobby. The signature space. A glowing futuristic-style sphere sits at the centre of the ground floor, ringed by stairs and balcony levels above. Detailed concrete, glass, and led-strip work all the way up. Visible from the main entrance and from every balcony level.

- Conference hall. A circular amphitheatre with a podium, audience seating, branded backdrop displays, and red led accent lighting. Built for press briefings, corporate roleplay, faction meetings, court sessions, or in-server events with an audience.

- Reception and waiting lounge. A separate Core Tower reception with seating area, living-wall accents, and signage. The civilian entry point into the building.

- Hangar wing. A curved annex on the side of the tower. Originally designed as a launch deck for flying vehicles (futuristic and sci-fi servers will love this), but works just as well as a standard rooftop garage, vehicle showcase floor, or VIP parking for classic roleplay setups. Up to you.

- Underground parking complex. A full multi-row underground garage with direct road access from the street level. Pillared layout, branded displays on the walls, lane markings, plenty of stalls. Drop your fleet here, this is real parking, not a placeholder.

- Rooftop helipad. Active landing pad with H marker, surrounding service equipment, and clear approach lines. Top of the tower, ready for emergency services, executive transport, or whatever your server needs.

- Branded signage throughout. Core Tower, Core Management, Core Modders signage is built into the walls. Swappable if you want to rebrand the whole tower under your server identity.

WHY IT WORKS ON YOUR SERVER

- Replaces the downtown construction site. Drops onto the empty plot next to the central business district that has been a construction site for years. No terrain edits, no clashing with surrounding skyscrapers. The tower is built around the existing site dimensions.

- Visible from anywhere in the city. Core Tower is tall enough to dominate the horizon from the beachfront to the hills. It becomes a navigation landmark and a server signature in one piece.

- Optimized for live use. Polycount and texture work tuned for servers with active populations. Not just a render-ready showcase.

- One building, many use cases. Civilian lobby, corporate roleplay, press events, garage fleet, helipad ops, futuristic flying-car gimmicks. Different server lores can pull different parts of the same map.

- Rebrandable. Most signage, displays, and branded surfaces are made to be swapped. Send us your art, or we will customize for you (priced separately).

- Game-ready. Compatible with ESX, QBCore, and standalone setups. Framework-agnostic since this is geometry, not scripts.

- Cfx.re Asset Escrow protected. Custom 3D files are encrypted. Textures (.ytd) are unlocked so you can re-skin freely.

- Optimized. Built on stable game artifacts, tuned for live server use.

- Installation. Drop into resources/[maps]/, add "ensure core-tower" to your server.cfg after spawnmanager/sessionmanager and your framework. Setup readme included.

- Updates included. When we ship fixes or improvements, they push to your Keymaster at no extra cost.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

A single-server license to use Core Tower on one server. Commercial use on that server is allowed. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your server is not permitted. Full terms on our store.
