Drive far enough out of town and the city stops noticing you. The signal drops. The gas stations thin out. Eventually you hit the desert proper, dry riverbeds and trailer parks and that one stretch of highway where nobody bothers with speed limits. Somewhere out there, past all of it, a few hundred shipping containers got stacked on top of a hill and welded into something that wasn't supposed to last a season but somehow lasted years.

That's the Outcasts Tower.

Nobody planned it. There are no permits, no blueprints, no record of who started building first. Just rust, rebar, graffiti, and two ancient construction cranes still bolted to the sides like the work stopped halfway through and everybody forgot to come back. From the road it looks like a mountain that grew teeth. Up close it's worse, or better, depending on what you came out here for.

The shell

Containers stacked twenty levels deep, slanted at angles that make no structural sense, propped on rusted steel poles you wouldn't trust to hold a wet towel. Walkways run between them. Some lead somewhere. Some end in air. Graffiti layers go back years, taggers writing over taggers, the older work bleeding through where the paint has flaked off.

The roof is open. Climb up through the structure and you come out on a platform with satellite dishes, a couple of plastic chairs nobody put away, and a view that runs all the way back toward the highway and the salt flats beyond it.

Inside

The interior is hollow. A big circular drum of a space, the kind you get when you build outward but forget to build inward, like an empty grain silo somebody turned into a flea market. Light comes in through gaps in the upper containers and the broken ceiling. Catwalks ring the inside at four or five levels, connected by ladders and stairs that don't always match up. Arcade cabinets glow in the dark corners of the upper floors. Lost dog flyers. Beer signs nobody bothered to switch off. A retro neon piece on the wall, all magenta sunsets and sky line silhouettes, like somebody hung up a vaporwave poster and forgot about it.

The ground floor is the market. Plywood stalls under tarp roofs. A "Supplys" sign with the misspelling proudly intact. A Work shop next to it, run by two guys who look like they've been having the same argument for an hour. Administration. A produce stand with the fresh fruit and vegetables painted on by hand. A garden gnome holding a lantern, sitting in a planter in the middle of everything. Another gnome knocked over near the curb. Nobody picks him up.

NPCs hang around the cold beer fridge. People drift between the stalls. Somebody upstairs leans on a railing and watches the floor.

What's in the box

  • Full exterior structure with the container stack, cranes, support poles, and surrounding terrain blend
  • Detailed interior across multiple floors with stalls, catwalks, arcade area, vendor zone, and rooftop access
  • NPC spawn points and hangout markers at vendors, beer fridge, workshop, and around the central plaza
  • Custom signage, posters, graffiti, and prop dressing throughout
  • Working light setup for day and night cycles, including neon pieces and overhead lamps
  • Rooftop platform with seating, satellite dishes, and the open view
  • The RV out front (parked, decorative)
  • Hidden references and small gags scattered around for players who actually look

Technical

  • Built for FiveM, tested on production servers
  • YMAP and collision included, no replacements to vanilla files
  • Streamed textures, packed efficiently, no asset bloat
  • Compatible with the major roleplay frameworks
  • Drops onto the hillside cleanly, sits into the terrain without floating geometry
  • LODs configured for distance rendering, runs fine on average client specs

Use it as

A faction base. A black market hub. The kind of out-of-the-way landmark where shady deals happen and players know to go when they need something the city doesn't sell. Drop it on a desert roleplay server and it gives the whole north end of the map a center of gravity. Or just hang the cranes off it and let it sit there as scenery. It's good either way.

A note

This is meant to look lived in. It is not clean. It is not glossy. It's a place built by people who got pushed out of everywhere else and decided to stack containers until they had a home, then kept stacking because nobody told them to stop.

If your server is the kind that values atmosphere over polish, this one fits.
