You know the one. That giant glowing orb in Vegas that took over everyone's feed for a solid year, the one that plays a huge yellow face and stares at the traffic driving past it. We built that. And we dropped it exactly where Maze Bank Arena used to sit.
The old arena is gone. In its place, an LED shell almost as tall as the surrounding towers, wrapped in a display surface that covers the entire outside. Same silhouette you already know from the reference. Same effect on the sky line. You can see it from the freeway, from the docks, from most of downtown, and depending on which time of day you catch it, it's showing something completely different.
The outside
The LED shell runs on rotating content modes. Solid color washes. Slow ambient shifts through purples and blues at dusk. The full orange lava texture from the launch clips. A blinking pixel field that reads like a live TV signal, and yes, the yellow smiley face, complete with the eye animation where it looks around and reacts to whatever direction you approach from.
At street level the base of the building is a proper venue entrance. Stairs, glass doors, ticket displays, planted trees around the perimeter, service ramps and loading bays around the back. The area around it got reworked too. Cherry blossoms, palms, garden beds, pedestrian paths, benches. Nothing about the surrounding zone looks like the old arena parking lot anymore.
The inside
The interior is one big open volume. No fixed layout. Concrete floor, dark walls, exposed structural cross-bracing running around the inside of the shell, industrial lighting rigs hung from a truss system overhead. It's built to be flexible.
We staged it as a modern gallery for the reference shots, wooden slat panels, concrete display walls, framed graffiti pieces, a central pedestal with accent lighting, but that's just one way to dress it. The space works for anything you'd want to put a large crowd inside of. Concerts, fight events, faction meetings, product launches, private car showcases, whatever your server needs a landmark venue for.
Multiple entrances at ground level, plus upper walkways ringing the interior for staff access, camera positions, and VIP-style overlook areas.

Use it as
An event venue. A concert hall. A billboard your whole city can see. Faction HQ if your server leans that way, since the interior is honestly bigger than most warehouses on the map. Or hand it to your event team and let them dress it fresh for each occasion. It scales.
A note
The Vegas reference is the point, but it's not a shot-for-shot clone. Proportions, base design, and interior layout are our own work. It fits into Los Santos rather than looking like it was copy-pasted out of a different game.
If your server wants a landmark, this is a landmark.
