Los Santos Riverwalk
A detailed mapping pack designed for FiveM servers that care about how their world looks. Real architecture, working interiors, swappable branding.

Ask anyone on your server what the Los Santos River is for and you will get one answer. Chases. It is the concrete channel where getaway drivers go to shake the cops, street racers line up at 2am, and cars get dumped and never collected. People drive through it. Nobody stops.
This pack gives them a reason to stop. New water, a lit promenade along the bank, islands out in the channel with decks, lounges and a footbridge back to shore. The graffiti stays on the walls and the bridge still says Los Santos, so it reads as the same river. It just looks like somebody finally started taking care of it.
The promenade
A walkway runs right along the water, dark hex paving with a white line down the edge. Black iron lamp posts with lantern heads, cypress trees between them, cherry trees in raised planters leaning out over the path. It sits low, at water level, with the old sloped concrete rising behind it, so walking it feels like being down in the river instead of looking at it from a bridge.
The islands
The main island is where people will end up. Concrete walls, a lawn around the edges, and a wide wooden deck in the middle cut through with white marble paths. Three open pergolas stand over the deck. Around them sit slatted wood cabanas with grey sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, half open so you can see who is inside. Cherry trees, lavender, clipped topiary in baskets, benches under the blossom. A white truss footbridge crosses over from the promenade, and small wooden piers step down into the water on the other sides for anyone coming in by jet ski.
Further along the channel, smaller islands carry lawns and cherry trees and not much else. Good for two people who want to talk without the whole server listening.
At night
Tall magenta bollards light up across the deck and between the cabanas, and the boards turn pink under them. Along the promenade, white LED lines trace the walkway, light bars set into the river wall throw long reflections across the water, and the tree planters glow cyan. Downtown stays lit up behind all of it.

Use it as
A date spot, first of all. Then a place for everyone on your server who is not in a gang and not on shift: buskers, street vendors, people who just want somewhere to sit. The main deck holds an event without any extra mapping, pergolas as the bar and the stage, cabanas as VIP booths. And it sits in a river every player already knows, so nobody needs a waypoint to find it.
